Two injured in roof collapse
Two men were injured this morning when the ceiling of a building they were working on collapsed.
The incident happened at about 7 a.m. in Bidni Street, Marsascala.
Rescuers from the Civil Protection Department were called in to dig out one of the men from the debris.
Both men, aged 29 and 54, are from Marsascala. The condition of the latter was described by the police as being grievious but not life threatening.
