I would like to add to the recent spate of letters about Maltapost's efficiency, which even merited a mention in an editorial. Today, June 12, I received a letter from the VAT Department which was clearly postmarked 17-III-2008. How's that for a record?

Would Maltapost accept liability for a VAT return form which they delivered nearly three months late and two months after the submission deadline?
