65,000 traffic offences in a year
Last year the police issued 1,410 summons for traffic contraventions and 63,458 traffic offence tickets in various locations around Malta and Gozo.
The information was given by Justice and Home Affairs Minister Carm Mifsud Bonnici in reply to a parliamentary question by Chris Agius (MLP).
