The Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce recently held its annual concert for students who obtained a distinction from the London College of Music following the 2007 examinations in Grades 5, 6, 7 and 8.

The event was held at the Casino Maltese in Valletta.

The concert was attended by John Beilby, examiner of the London College of Music, and compered by Gayle Scerri.

The students played works by Mendelssohn, Chopin, Mozart and Rachmaninov on the piano, the tuba, guitar and saxophone.

Stephen Sant'Angelo and John Beilby later presented the certificates to the students.
