Explosives found in bag
Explosives, a timer, bulb and other items were found today in a plastic bag at Borg in Nadur near Birzebbuga.
The police said they were alerted about a mysterious object and policemen called in the AFM bomb squad after finding wires and a timer.
The soldiers also found explosives, a bulb and other items the police said.
Magistrate Apap Bologna is holding an inquiry.
