Dockyard workers' plight
Dockyard workers' wives are very annoyed that whenever the Dockyard is in the red, the blame for all its ills is placed squarely on the workers' shoulders.
One has to realise that personnel often work in hazardous conditions and must follow management's instructions. They are certainly not happy with the situation and the unfair criticism that is often levelled against them adds to their stress.
Is it not time that management shares the blame?

It is possible that the management's instructions are governed by health and safety regulations.
