After its launch last year as Malta's first and only quadruple play operator and the opening of the island's first retail outlet offering all four telecoms services, Go has embarked on a programme to provide a wider range of services to its customers from more of its shops.
The first shop to offer all services (fixed line telephony, mobile telephony, broadband internet and digital television) was the one in Birkirkara's Psaila Street.
Driven by the success of the Birkirkara experience, Go is now offering a wider range of services from another two of its retail outlets, at City Gate, Valletta, and Pavi supermarket complex, Qormi. The Valletta outlet, which is a temporary one in view of the refurbishment of the South Street shop, is now offering Go's fixed line, broadband and digital TV services - while the Go retail outlet at Pavi will be offering all four services from June 16. In the coming weeks, the retail programme will be extended to other outlets.
"Our new retail outlets are projected to reflect Go's new eclectic identity - contemporary, dynamic, friendly and fresh. Our outlets are planned to offer our customers the ultimate experience with services and products best suited to their requirements. Our new identity truly reflects our objective of converging our businesses from an operational as well as a customer point-of-view," said Sandro Gauci, Go's senior executive, retail sales and channel management.
