ANASTASI. On June 5, at his residence, Major HUGH ANASTASI of San Ġwann, aged 87, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Anna and her husband Manni Spiteri, Elena and her husband Patrick Caruana Dingli, his grandchildren David and his wife Isabel, Alex and her husband Donald Tabone, his great-grandchildren Michael and Malcolm, his sister Marie Casolani, other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 2.30 p.m. for the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 3 p.m., followed by interment.
Lord, grant him eternal rest.

GALEA. On June 5, JOSEPH, in his 90th year, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Rose, née Caruana Scicluna, his loving children Oscar and his wife Mary, Godfrey and his wife Marie, Patricia and her husband John Cassar Torreggiani, his much loved grandchildren Christine and Edward, Stephanie, Junelle, Rachael and Alex, Vicky and Felicity, and his great-granddaughter Alexia, his in-laws Marlene Galea Lowel, Tonio Sapiano, Palmyra Galea and Antoinette Galea, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.30 p.m. for the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m., followed by interment. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated.

Today being the sixth month since LAURA SPITERI, née Gauci Borda went to meet the Lord. Never forgotten by her mother Angela Gauci Borda. A Mass for the repose of her soul will be said today at 6.30 p.m. at St Publius parish church, Floriana.
