Consultation on National Youth Policy

The consultation process for the reform of the National Youth Policy is expected to start in the coming days, Parliamentary Secretary Clyde Puli said.

Mr Puli said the policy should lead to the greater participation of young people in different aspects of society. Speaking at the launch of the Kneeplays Youth Theatre initiative, Mr Puli said the government wanted to see young people encouraged to exploit their full potential within society.

The aim behind this launch is to expose people aged eight to 19 to the various aspects of theatre, while honing their talents.
