Accused of helping migrants leave Malta
Two Libyans, Ali Fauzi Mohammed Ltetey, 30 and Hiethem Mohammed Shanaifheh 25, were this afternoon arraigned before Magistrate Antonio Micallef Trigona and accused of human trafficking.
The two were accused of having illegally having helped migrants and people who had overstayed their visit to Malta, leave for Sicily.

Were the escaping illegal migrants and people who had overstayed their visit to Malta arraigned too? They were also breaking the law.
