Appeal to MLP delegates (2)

In about a week's time we shall know who the next MLP leader will be. The delegates will probably vote in a lemming-like fashion and then it will be up to the winner to clean up the awful mess at the party headquarters.

Will the MLP leadership contestants manage to come together and trust one another after all this? Will they appear to be opportunists whose lust for power comes before all other principles, particularly when one realises to what depths some have gone, and the systematic erosion of ethics between themselves should they manage to regroup?

Hobson's choice may well prevail and politics in Malta will be so much poorer for it and one will be more thankful that the PN won the last general election if only for us to be spared being governed by such a pathetic assortment.
