Vodafone 'passport' roaming rates cut

Calls from Vodafone Passport Networks are cheaper from today. Customers registering to Vodafone Passport can call home or the country they are visiting at €0.23 per minute. Calls to other countries will be charged at the applicable international calling rate. While roaming on EU Passport Networks such as Vodafone Italy, a connection fee of €1 is applicable per call, whereas the connection fee of €1.16 is applicable for non-EU roaming Passport Networks such as Vodafone Australia.

While roaming on EU Vodafone Passport Networks, customers are charged €0.70 per 10 minutes of calls received for example from Vodafone Italy). The rate for calls received while roaming on non-EU Passport Networks is €1.16 per 10 minutes of calls.

Vodafone Passport is applicable on selected networks in Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, the UK, Libya, Switzerland, Japan, Tunisia, Albania, Australia, and New Zealand.

Customers need to manually select the Vodafone or Partner Networks when roaming to benefit from Vodafone Passport roaming rates.
