MEP visits Maltese in Luxembourg

MEP Simon Busuttil was in Luxembourg this week visiting the Maltese nationals working in the European institutions.

There are well over 100 Maltese nationals working in Luxembourg, mostly as translators with the European Parliament, the European Commission and the European Court of Justice. These also include a number of families who settled in Luxembourg.

Dr Busuttil met the respective heads of the Maltese language sections in the European Parliament and the European Commission and the Maltese member in the European Court of Auditors, Josef Bonnici.
