David Agius appointed PN Whip

The Nationalist Party parliamentary group has appointed David Agius as its Whip and Frederick Azzopardi and Joseph Falzon as deputy Whips.

It has also proposed Michael Frendo as chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Francis Zammit Dimech as chairman of the House Committee for the Consideration of Bills and Edwin Vassallo as chairman of the House Social Affairs Committee.

These appointments will come into effect after a parliamentary resolution. Other PN parliamentary group appointments will be announced soon, the party said.
