We are being reduced to having to go to the ADT premises every morning at 5.30 a.m., on the off chance that there might be an extra vacancy. Seeing as how it is on a first come, first serve basis, and there are only a few slots extra, this is rarely possible.
It is impossible for us to keep on working when we are only getting two slots a week among three instructors. Our students are being forced to wait for a long time for their test to come up due to the fact that we already have close to 50 students ready for the test. We have asked for an explanation as to how the slots are assigned and, although we were promised an explanation, we are still waiting for it to happen.
We have asked for meetings with and explanations from the director, yet this has all been in vain. Granted, we have been given the chance to explain our cause for concern but that's been as far as it goes. No action has been taken to arrange the system, making it fair and equal. Incidentally, I have been getting afternoon slots after specifically stating that it is better for me to get the morning slots. Lately my slots have been reduced to once a week.
I am sure that it is understandable when I say that this simply cannot go on. All motoring schools pay an equal permit fee of €116, so I am having a hard time trying to understand why we are not all treated the same. One slot a week is a disaster for our business!
