Division Two/Three KO Final
Melita won the KO competition for Division Two and Three teams yesterday when they trounced Balzan Youths 5-1 in the final. Julian Galea was the Amateurs' hero when he struck four goals with George Gribbon sealing Melita's win from a penalty. Gilbert Scerri scored a late consolation goal for Balzan who had goalkeeper Sean Mintoff sent off on the hour. At that stage, Melita were already 4-0 up.
