Grand Hotel Excelsior show

May 11 saw the first of a series of classic car shows held by the Old Motors Club at Grand Hotel Excelsior: 62 beautiful cars were on display in the Piazza Marina with Marsamxett Harbour and Manoel Island providing a breath-taking backdrop. The cars on display include Truimph Heralds, MGBs, MGAs, Shelby Cobra, Chevrolette, Ford Capris MK1, Ford Escorts MK1, Minis, Cinquecentos, Volvos, Cortinas MK1,and Austins. The Grand Hotel Excelsior's next car show will be hosted by the Jaguar Enthusiast Club, Mini Owners Club and Ford Classics Club today between 9 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.
