New Dhalia appointments to top posts

Dhalia Real Estate Services has restructured its top management structure by recruiting a chief strategy officer, a corporate solutions manager, a human resources manager, and appointing a chief financial officer.

Alan Grima will assume the post of chief strategy officer (CSO). Mr Grima will be responsible for information technology, market research, quality and process improvement and internal project management.

Dhalia's commercial division will be led by of Clive Demicoli as head of the corporate solutions office. Mr Demicoli will be responsible for the setting up of a focused unit servicing corporate clients and their local and international networks. Mr Demicoli has over the past years developed extensive management experience and expertise in the real estate sector.

Dhalia's administration and human resources department will be taken over by Patricia Lupi. Apart from managing daily operations at head office, Ms Lupi will be responsible for recruitment, selection, training and development as well as performance management of all Dhalia employees and sales force.

Nicky Camilleri, who has been with Dhalia for over four years, has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO). Mr Camilleri will be responsible for the financial control of the company and its associated companies. He will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies in connection with large scale developments and provide financial consultancy services for property developments and investments.
