Charged with stealing horse

A 49-year-old man from Nadur was yesterday charged with stealing a horse from a farm in Sannat.

Mario Said pleaded not guilty to taking the horse from the farm on Tuesday evening.

After taking into consideration Mr Said's police record, Magistrate Paul Coppini granted him bail against a personal guarantee of €800.

Police Inspector Josric Mifsud prosecuted.
