Labour Party general secretary Jason Micallef yesterday filed a libel suit against the Nationalist Party daily In-Nazzjon over an article over the leakage of party delegates' details.

In his libel suit, filed against newspaper editor Alex Attard, Mr Micallef complained about an article that appeared in yesterday's edition entitled Diskussa talba għal investigazzjoni ta' leakage tal-lista tad-delegati (discussion on a request for an investigation into the leakage of delegates' list).

Mr Micallef said in a statement that he will be filing more libel cases against the PN media over a series of articles and news items about him broadcast and published repetitively since the general election.
