Works by Giuseppe Verdi and Antonin Dvorak will feature prominently during the operatic concert by soprano Lydia Caruana on Sunday.

The soprano will be singing with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra and with singers Peter Berger and Jan Curco, under the direction of Charles Oliveiri Munroe.

The concert, at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta, is sponsored by HSBC Malta and commercial banking head James Dunbar Cousin noted that HSBC has been closely following Ms Caruana and assisting in developing her full potential.

Ms Caruana expressed her gratitude towards HSBC's commitment to support high-standard performances for both Maltese artistes and audiences.
