Are you joking? NOW? In summer, right when the tourists start arriving?!?
Dunstan Crockford (on 20/5/08)
Are we to assume that the paving was up to standard this winter?? Did the authorities concerned have to leave the works to the start of the tourist summer season? Could they not have done this while the infamous bridge was being re-built? Apologies for traffic diversions are the order of the day!! but enough is enough!!! Where have all the planners gone to? Please note that Rudolph Street is also closed and traffic is being diverted towards Balluta Bay! Sliema/St.Julians residents are not amused!

And who is paying for the damage? Taxpayers? Again?
