Ira Losco is to launch her Fortune Teller album at a concert on June 14 at Sky Super Club in Paceville.
Fortune Teller is her third album and manifests a more mature Ira Losco, with adamant views about everything and a raspy, leathery tone to her voice. Electric guitars and punchy synthesizers are prominent. The album was written with live performances in mind and is danceable and pumping.
"Malta is my base first and foremost but I never take anything for granted. I'm proud to say that I have the best fans one can ever ask for!" the singer said during the announcement of her album launch.
"Every year comes by with higher hurdles to overcome, new challenges to face, new chapters to write and new exciting experiences to savour. I am now looking forward to taking the stage with my band once again to perform our new album live.
"Launching the new album will be hugely satisfying for me on a personal level. I am proud of every single note and word on Fortune Teller. I have so much to say and music keeps giving me the opportunity to do so," she said.
On the night of the launch, a merchandise stand will be set up, selling Ira Losco albums, the DVD Living It..., t-shirts as well as copies of the new album. Ira and band will be holding a signing session after the concert.

Doors open at 10 p.m., with Ira taking to the stage at around 11 p.m. for a one and a half hour performance. DJs backing her up on the night include Wayne Flask, Wes, Steevy Vee, Ruby, Toby and Joy.
Tickets are on sale at €10 (Lm4.29) for the main arena and €20 (Lm8.59) for the VIP area and are on sale from all Guess, Chemimart, Vodafone and McDonalds outlets, with special offers available at Vodafone and McDonalds for a limited number of tickets.
