Ramon Casha (May 14) seems to have never been in great pain. Each one of us cannot vouch that we will never be in pain. When we are in pain we want somebody who we love close to us.

We should find solace when we enter Mater Dei Hospital just by looking at Jesus crucified.

Jesus is the only One who can help us.

Even those who have lost their faith, many times on these occasions turn to Jesus on the Cross and ask for forgiveness.

Those of other faiths will look up to us, admire us and see how we depend on Him, Our Creator and our Saviour. I am sure Mr Casha agrees with me.
