The Malta Employers Association (MEA) and the Malta Institute of Management (MIM) launched a new employment scheme for the benefit of employers and employees. Employers in certain sectors are finding it difficult to find appropriately trained employees.

The Malta Employers Association (MEA) and the Malta Institute of Management (MIM) launched a new employment scheme for the benefit of employers and employees.

Employers in certain sectors are finding it difficult to find appropriately trained employees. The MEA and MIM have designed a scheme whereby the training gap that exists in the market is partially tapped.
