Avoid Lebanon, ministry says
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs yesterday issued an advice against travelling to Lebanon.
Lebanon remains in a high state of tension due to an ongoing political crisis, the ministry said. There have been violent clashes between pro- and anti- government gunmen in Beirut and other parts of the country, amid fears that the country could slide back into civil war on a scale similar to the 1975-1990 conflict, the ministry added.
