Valletta presented with commemorative poster

Bank of Valletta, title sponsors of the Premier League, has presented a commemorative poster to this year's champions, Valletta FC.

"This is the third consecutive year that BOV is sponsoring the Premier League and we are keeping the tradition of presenting a commemorative poster to the champions," said Michael Galea, Executive Head at the CEO's Office, BOV as he handed the first poster to Victor Sciriha, the Valletta president. Also present were Paul Zammit and Gilbert Agius, the team's coach and captain respectively.

The A2 size poster shows the Valletta squad that won this year's BOV Premier League together with the club's top officials.

The posters that have been given to the club will be available tomorrow during Valletta's final league match against Marsaxlokk , at the end of which the Citizens will also receive the BOV Premier League trophy.

Thanking BOV for publishing the posters as well as for its backing to the national football leagues, Sciriha said: "We are delighted to have prevailed in this year's hard-fought Premier League and to have added another title, the 19th in Valletta's history, to the club's roll of honour."
