Fun Run for charity
St Benedict's College Girls' Secondary Tarxien held its annual sponsored Fun Run. This year the funds raised were in aid of Dar tal-Providenza and St Jeanne Antide Foundation.
Students and teachers started the activity with a walk along the streets and valleys of Sta Luċija, including Wied Garnaw, ending the fun run at the school where other sports activities continued.
Valletta FC and national squad captain Gilbert Agius presented trophies and medals to the winners. Over €1,000 were collected during the events.
