Six years ago I used to work as a chef in Burma with an international company and I was overwhelmed by the splendour of their culture and the warmth of the local people even if they were suppressed by the Junta.

Seeing what happened now, the total devastation of this country where poor people in need have lost their little possessions and their greatest treasures... their families, I would like to help as I'm sure many Maltese people would like to.

So I am asking if any companies or TV programmes can help raise awareness and help these people in need and give them a bit of dignity.

We always gave help for people in need same like we did for the tsunami. Let's do the same for these people who we really need.
