WSC's sterling service

Recently, I lodged a complaint to Water Services Corporation regarding the poor quality of water at my house. I was immediately contacted by the corporation's laboratory who sent their man for a sample.

Within about two days I was contacted by the lab that advised me that they were taking immediate steps to rectify the problem. The water quality immediately improved and another two samples were taken for verification. These results were also relayed to me for my satisfaction.

I cannot highly praise enough the employees concerned, namely Trevor, Astrid and Peter for their sterling work.

Unfortunately, I do not know their surnames but again wish to thank them for the prompt and efficient work they are doing. They are a credit to the corporation.
