ECB leaves interest rates unchanged
The governing council of the European Central Bank yesterday decided at a meeting in Athens that the minimum bid rate on the main refinancing operations and the interest rates on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility will remain unchanged at four per cent, five per cent and three per cent respectively
