Mr Giordimaina, an engineer, will be assisted by Alex Rizzo, deputy chairman.

The board is made up of Charles Camilleri, Euchar Mizzi, Edwina Licari, Carmen Psaila, Anthony Carabott, John Abela and Elizabeth Vella, directors.
