Gaiafest at Għajn Tuffieħa

This year's Gaiafest will be held at the Gaia Foundation in Għajn Tuffieħa between June 20 and 22.

The festival will celebrate the internal and external expressions of life focusing on increasing awareness of nature.

Interactive workshops will explore various themes of self awareness, healthy and natural lifestyles, yoga, Tai Chi and martial arts, meditation, artistic expression, nature conservation and appreciation, cooking classes for meals that are both healthy and tasty, practical sessions on how to build solar ovens, star gazing and a children's corner.

Gaiafest will be putting an emphasis on active participation by those attending the feast in order to provide a richer experience.
