A man yesterday pleaded not guilty to possessing ecstasy, cannabis and cocaine on and before August, 2006.
Simon Bartolo, 37, of Cospicua pleaded not guilty to being in possession of ecstasy in circumstances that denote it was not for his exclusive use, and being in possession of cannabis resin and cocaine. Magistrate Lawrence Quintano heard Mr Bartolo also plead not guilty to relapsing. Police Inspector Nezren Grixti prosecuted.
