Reduced interest loans for students
Clyde Puli, Parliamentary Secretary for Youth and Sport, and APS Bank have signed an agreement on a Youth Specialisation Studies Scheme (YSSS).
The agreement incorporates the forthcoming three years and involves Mcast and ITS students.
The bank has made available over €500,000 for loans at a reduced interest rate.
