Man faces drug possession charges
A 37-year-old man today pleaded not guilty to possessing ecstasy, cannabis and cocaine on and before August, 2006.
Simon Bartolo, from Cospicua pleaded not guilty to being in possession of ecstasy in circumstances that denoted it was not for his exclusive use, being in possession of cannabis resin and cocaine.
Magistrate Lawrence Quintano heard Mr Bartolo also plead not guilty to relapsing.
Lawyers Franco Debono and Marion Camilleri appeared for the defendant.
