The Senglea Feast Commission is to donate an amount of not less than €1,000 (Lm429.18) in aid of victims of the recent fireworks explosions at Naxxar. The amount will be deducted from the planned expenditure to be spent on fireworks for the town's forthcoming festvities. The commission is also urging other groups and organisations to help the stricken families.
