Getting away with ignoring responsibilities for so many years could only encourage same to continue ignoring responsibilities ad infinitum. Come next election we will be informed, again, that an agreement has been reached to resolve the problem within 6 weeks. This time the dynamism of Minister Gatt will get it sorted out.....with the help of tax payers money!
