Recently I was asked, "Why is it that you no longer feature the list of traders who did not honour Consumer Claims Tribunal (CCT) decisions?"
Indeed, it is a pity I had to discontinue it, because I was having too many cases where traders honoured CCT decisions but the respective consumers failed to inform me that the trader involved in their case had honoured the CCT decision.
It was unfair on traders who honoured the respective CCT decisions to still be featured in the list of traders not honouring CCT decisions.
I am willing to resume featuring the list. After all, it is very important for consumers to know about traders who do not honour the CCT decisions.
However, I will only do so if there is a reliable foolproof procedure whereby whenever a trader honours a CCT decision, I am informed straight away so that I can delete the respective case from the list.
