Places Magazine, the property magazine of Dhalia Real Estate Services, is being re-launched next Sunday as a high quality lifestyle, property and investment magazine, published by Content House Ltd.

It will be the only magazine to have a gloss laminated perfect bound cover to be distributed with The Sunday Times.

The new publication includes interviews, features and innovative editorial sections.

In one of the sections, entitled Unexploited, a team of experts composed of an interior designer, an architect, a landscape artist, a historian and a property consultant work on some ideas to restore an abandoned 17th century palazzo and turn it into a lovely home.

Another innovative section is a dinner prepared by the culinary team of Le Meridien St Julians and hosted by Dhalia's chairman and CEO Alan Camilleri for a number of personalities inside a fabulous apartment currently on Dhalia's books. All the properties featured in the magazine are up for grabs, which renders the reading of the magazine more intriguing.

Mr Camilleri said the revamping and re-launching of Places confirms Dhalia's commitment to be at the forefront of the property and the real estate market: "Today there are many companies offering a property listings product with The Sunday Times.

We wanted to offer readers a property lifestyle magazine with professional editorial content and photography. A product which gives more value added to the readers of The Sunday Times."

The executive director of Content House Ltd, Jesmond Bonello, described Places as a more engaging publication, with professional journalists and photographers on board to make sure of a strong product.

Mr Bonello expressed his appreciation towards the management of Allied Newspapers Ltd and Progress Press Ltd for their collaboration on this project.

The editors of the new Places Magazine are Claire Azzopardi and Chris Bonett.
