Basing myself on the press reports of the sentence passed on a former teacher who sent sexually explicit text messages to his former pupils, I have one question to ask.

How can the magistrate's instructions that this person should keep away from schools and similar institutions be respected if the identity of this person is not to be made known, at least to the persons responsible for such institutions?
