On April 23 at about 11.15 while on the bus stop at L-Iklin, I signalled an oncoming bus, no. 158, without having any idea of its destination because I am not very familiar with certain routes.

The lady driver very politely gave me the necessary information. I must say that her driving was impeccable and her manners too. I also noticed that during the journey, she made sure that commuters found a seat before she drove on.

Although this kind of behaviour is what should be expected from all bus drivers, I must admit I was impressed.

More of the like will surely improve the image of public transport in Malta.
