Weekly sailing courses are being organised at the Birżebbuġa Sailing Club and Vikings Sailing Club, Valletta, for aspiring sailors aged 11 to 16. Participants, who need to be good swimmers and enjoy being at sea, are taught theory and practical aspects of dinghy sailing, including on-land simulation and boat practice, sailing manoeuvres, dinghy care and maintenance.
