Edmund Gatt Baldachino, chairman of Pender Ville Ltd, and Gasan Group chairman Joe Gasan, discuss plans for Pendergardens earlier this week. The St Julian's development has awarded a contract to Kone, for the supply, installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators for Pendergardens and The Exchange. Represented exclusively by Mekanika Limited, Kone will transport people both horizontally and vertically up to 24 storeys high, with 52 Kone elevators and two Kone escalators.
