Enemalta, shipyards chairmen retained

Alex Tranter has been reconfirmed chairman of Enemalta Corporation and Mediterranean Offshore Bunkering Co. Ltd, and Robert Aquilina of Malta Shipyards Ltd.

Both had offered their resignation as is customary following the appointment of a new government.

Enemalta's board now also includes Edmund Gatt Baldacchino as deputy chairman, and Joseph Cutajar, William Spiteri Bailey, Frank Scerri de Caro, Sarah Pule, Vivienne Galea Pace and Anne Fenech as directors.

The new MOBC board also includes Mr Gatt Baldacchino as deputy chairman and Ms Galea Pace and Juan Borg Manduca as directors.

The new Malta Shipyards board includes Sergio Vella as deputy chairman and Helga Ellul, Austin Walker and Ivan Falzon as directors.
