I am writing to suggest that Gozo might qualify for an entry in the Guinness Book of Records for having more estate agents per square kilometre than anywhere else in the world.
In some South Pacific islands, it is traditional to build spirit houses and then wait patiently for spirits to come and occupy them. Is something similar going on here?
If so, there is a problem. No smart spirit is going to want to move into any of these structures because the architecture is so bad, though it's possible that it might enjoy the midget-sized swimming pool.
Also, some of these "fun palaces" are being branded as luxury farmhouses. This seems to be an insult to generations of hardworking Gozitan farmers.
