Car catches fire in Valletta
A car was extensively damaged by fire in West Street, Valletta late on Saturday night.
The police said the blaze, which occurred at around 11.15 p.m., was extinguished by neighbours.
Personnel from the fire section of the Civil Protection Department were also at the scene. No one was injured.
The police are trying to determine the cause of the fire and Magistrate Audrey Demicoli is holding an inquiry.
