Kmokmryakova-Lauri

Married recently at Lapsi church, St Julian's were Lidia Alexandrovna Kmokmryakova, daughter of Alexander and Lubov Kmokmryakovi, and Marcus Lauri, son of Joe and Vicky Lauri of St Julian's.

Nuptial Mass was celebrated by Fr Marius Zerafa, OP. Charles Schembri, the groom's friend, and Olga Lapygina, the bride's friend, witnessed the wedding ceremony. Ian Micallef, the groom's friend, was best man.

The bride, who wore a Valentini pure silk dress with Swarovski crystals and a handmade veil, held a cream gerbra and estoma bouquet. She was attended by Natasha Kmokmryakova, the bride's sister-in-law and Lena Danilova, the bride's friend as bridesmaids. Kyra Ann Micallef, daughter of the bestman, and Veronika Kmokmryacova, the bride's niece, were flower girls.

A seated lunch later took palce at Villa Arrigo.
