Irresponsible schoolbus drivers

I am writing to inform all parents whose children travel to school on the buses provided by the government of the risks these unskilled drivers take with our children's lives. Last Monday morning my daughter boarded the bus from Nadur as usual. The bus had arrived very late and so the driver sped like crazy to make up for lost time.

If this wasn't bad enough he then started to use his mobile phone while trying to steer the bus around the bends on the extremely dangerous hill leading from Nadur to Victoria. This road is well known for accidents and is hazardous at the best of times.

Unfortunately my daughter did not note the number of the bus, so I could not complain formally. I know that this is just one of many incidents of this kind and we should all fear for our children's safety in the hands of these irresponsible drivers.
