We would like to express our appreciation of the kindness and helpfulness of the Maltese we met on our recent extremely enjoyable holiday in Malta. In particular we would like to thank the lovely Maltese family that came to our aid on March 29, when we were visiting Mdina.
As the front wheels of my husband's wheelchair became embedded in a grid between the paving slabs he fell forward out of his wheelchair, and I cut my leg rather badly. This family helped in every possible way, and made the incident less traumatic by their timely and pertinent assistance.
